Through individual therapy, I help people navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting struggles, family conflict, developmental trauma, relational stress, or significant life transitions. Common goals might include managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, improving family dynamics, building stronger relationships, navigating parenting challenges, or healing from past trauma.
I have specialized training in working those impacted by Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, and Disasters. My expertise also includes providing therapy for Adoptees, Multi-ethnic families, Healthcare Professionals and First Responders.

Child & Family Therapy
I offer in-person or virtual appointments on weekdays with evening and weekend appointments available upon request. Appointments times are based on a variety of factors, such as age, and can range from 20 minute check-ins to 90 minute family therapy appointments. I see children and teens from birth to age 18 with a variety of options available including Parenting Support and Family Therapy.
I enjoy working closely with parents/caregivers of younger children to strengthen their understanding of the develomental process and how to use that knowledge to adapt their parenting to challenging situations. Please note, that for children under 6, parents are asked to be present at therapy appointments but children are not required at all appointments.
For school-age children, the focus may be school or social anxiety, depressive symptoms, school avoidance, ADHD, behavioral challenges, or difficult life transitions. Parents may choose to be present or not.
Teens take the lead in their therapy, with parents occasionally offering input when it’s helpful or needed. They usually focus on topics like stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and any mental health concerns they may have.

Supervision
I offer in-person or virtual clinical supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates in Oregon on weekdays with evening and weekend appointments available upon request. Scheduled supervision is 60 minutes and consultation calls can range from 15 to 60 minutes.
